Anchored Occasions – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Anchored Occasions (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) to the client (“Client” or “you”). By booking services with Anchored Occasions, the Client agrees to the following:

1. Booking & Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven days before the event date.

  • If the balance is not received by this deadline, Anchored Occasions reserves the right to cancel services, and all payments made will be forfeited.

  • Anchored Spaces bookings are non-refundable and have their own terms and conditions located on the service booking page.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, or unused services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least seven days before the event date.

  • Cancellations made after this deadline will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance of the event date and are subject to availability.

  • Additional fees may apply for rescheduled events.

4. Guest Capacity

  • Anchored Occasions specializes in private events of no more than 35 guests.

  • Events exceeding this limit will not be accommodated, and services may be terminated during the event when the number of guests has exceeded 35.

  5. Travel & Venue Access

  • Additional state-regulated travel fees apply for events located within the service area and are to be paid in advance, the day before the event, by an approved payment processor.

  • The Client is responsible for securing the venue and ensuring Anchored Occasions has access for setup, parking,  hosting support, and cleanup during agreed-upon times.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including guest count, venue access, and setup/cleanup times.

  • The Client must comply with the safety and zoning rules and regulations of the event venue. Anchored Occasions is not liable for restrictions imposed by residential or business venues.

7. Vendor Services

  • While Anchored Occasions may provide vendor suggestions (depending on the selected package), we are not responsible or liable for the performance, delays, or actions of third-party vendors.

8. Liability & Force Majeure

  • Anchored Occasions is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, power outages, venue closures, or acts of third parties that affect the event.

  • The Client agrees to hold Anchored Occasions harmless from any claims, damages, or losses related to the event.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking services with Anchored Occasions, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Client understands these terms and conditions are subject to change and will be notified of said changes via email.
